Grilled fish skewers with olives
Cod fish skewers with olives and soy sauce marinade are a great summer dish of fresh seafood on the grill. If you don't have metal skewers, use the wooden ones. This dish takes no time to make so you can have dinner done while enjoying the pool before the sun sets.

- 1 lb Fish, such as cod
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 lemons
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- Pickled mushrooms
- Olives Such as green olives stuffed with peppers
Cut the cod into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Mix the oil, soy sauce and juice from one lemon and pour it over the fish. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Skewer the fish with mushrooms and olives.
Place the skewers on oil-brushed foil and transfer onto the grill. Grill for about 10 minutes, brushing with leftover marinade and turning once halfway through.
Serve with boiled potatoes and lemon wedges.
