Personal chef is a professional you hire to cook for your family and guests in your home. “Why,” you ask? Because you don’t want to spend all day grocery shopping, cooking, serving, and cleaning. Perhaps you’re not a skilled cook anyway and you don’t think that anyone should have to eat your creations. Of course you can order food from a catering company, or pick up pre-made food at a supermarket and reheat it at home. But what do you say to your guests when they ask: “How did you make this?” And even if you lie and say you whipped it up yourself, you’ll still have to clean up the WHOLE kitchen and dining room because the supermarket staff won’t do it for you. If you’re lucky no one asks you for your casserole recipe because it would really take a lot of digging in your “grandmother’s handwritten cookbook.”
