Fish with Broccoli and Brie Cheese

I wanted to make fish for dinner. I also wanted cheese. And of course there has to be a vegetable. I found dover sole fillet in the freezer and broccoli and brie cheese in the fridge. They came together very well and and very fast. 

Ingredients:

4 fillets of any fish

1/2 broccoli, cut into florets and steamed (or 1/2 bag of frozen broccoli)

1 round or wedge of brie cheese, sliced

Salt

White pepper

4 tbsp flour

1 tbsp oil

3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Drench it in flour.
  2. Heat the oil and one tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the fish, about two minutes each side. 
  3. Butter a baking or casserole dish. Put the fish in it, top it with the broccoli florets and cheese. Dot with the remaining butter.
  4. Bake until the cheese melts. 
  5. Serve with a lemon wedge and mashed potatoes if desired.
